Description

This remarkable cultivar is a spherical, delicious beet with a smooth, light red skin on the surface and rings of red and white flesh within that are enhanced by temperature variations. Grow as regular beets, but harvest at 6cm. Use raw, pickled, or thinly sliced. Excellent in the spring and fall.

Care is taken to ensure these seeds are of the highest quality. However because of the sometimes unpredictable nature of seeds, I cannot guarantee success. And also because of the different growing conditions that are out of my control.
