Description
Among the deepest purple carrots available in terms of color. The roots are long, tapering, sweet, flavorful, and bursting with beneficial antioxidants. It tastes well both raw and cooked, keeps its color when cooked, and produces a gorgeous dark purple juice. Starting in late April, sow a small row every couple of weeks to provide a consistent crop throughout the summer and autumn.
