Description
A cross between cauliflower and broccoli in appearance. This cauliflower has rosy-violet florets that have a nice texture and flavor. Growers of cauliflower have to have this kind. Excessive mineral content is what gives the purple color. Great for freezing, but when cooked, the color fades; use raw to give salads and dips a vibrant pop of color.
•Sow early spring or late summer.
• Germination in 5-7 days.
Care is taken to ensure these seeds are of the highest quality. However because of the sometimes unpredictable nature of seeds, I cannot guarantee success. And also because of the different growing conditions that are out of my control.
